I really enjoyed my stay with nice, clean rooms and a solid breakfast. It was easy to explore local spots like the Museo Maga just under 2 km away and the beautiful Church of Saint Peter only about a 20-minute walk away. perfect for city strolls. As a solo traveler, I appreciate the comfort provided, although the hotel could improve its breakfast variety but overall, it was a pleasant experience.

good stay but room needs better soundproofing

The executive king room with a sofa was spacious and modern, providing a comfortable stay.

However, we could hear noise from the hallway, which was slightly disruptive.

The location is perfect for Malpensa Airport. I had a spacious Executive King Room, clean and comfortable with a nice layout. The pool looked inviting, but I didn’t get a chance to use it. Breakfast started early, around 5 AM, and offered a solid variety. The staff were mostly friendly and attentive, especially the cleaning team, who greeted us warmly. I did face a frustrating issue during checkout. my bill included a minibar charge for something I didn’t consume. The reception staff didn’t seem to take my word seriously, which was disappointing. It’s crucial for hotels to handle such matters with care. I ended up taking a taxi because I couldn’t find the shuttle pick-up spot initially. Improvements in clear communication regarding shuttle details would be beneficial. Still, the room itself was a highlight, and I appreciated the free Wi-Fi.

We had a family room which was perfect for four of us and the sofa bed was comfy. The swimming pool was great for the kids and having a lifeguard on duty gave us peace of mind. While it was a bit tricky initially with some missing towels, overall, we had a fantastic stay! 😊

The hotel features a modern atmosphere with comfortable beds and excellent bathroom facilities. Unfortunately, the shuttle service needs improvement, as we faced issues with overcrowding. Dining options were hit-or-miss, with some meals lacking flavor. Overall, it’s a decent place, ideally located near the airport.

Enjoyed the kids' play area. it kept my children entertained. The shower pressure needed improvement. Shuttle service to the airport runs every 30 minutes for €2.

The pool was a fantastic bonus for our family! The room was comfortable, but the air conditioning could use some improvement. We had a great night before our flight! 😄
